The 12 Principles were created out of years of turning toward one another instead of running away. They were forged from the fires of passion and anger, as well as care and love. They are the result of what it takes to be in relationship with another.
Although they are focused on romantic relationship, they are also the same principles that work in ALL relationships. As long as two or more are committed to being in right relationship with one another, then these principles will bring you all the way back to love and understanding.
These principles will guide you and aid you in creating amazing relationships. They are a template for how to support another as well as yourself. If you practice these, even when it is hard or challenging, the result will be a more fulfilled life, as well as a more authentic & connected relationship.
