Donations are one time offerings and are non-refundable.

Cancellations, Refunds and Postponement 

Payments are due in full by the payment deadline or your space is forfeit and will be given to the first paying member on our wait list in a first-come-first-served basis. Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, payments must be made in full or completed 30 days before the event start date. Refunds are given up until 90 days before the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations that happen during the 90 days prior to the event and there are no exceptions.  In the unlikely event that a gathering or virtual event is postponed do to venue change, act of God or other, your ticket  will be honored and moved to the next gathering. You will get all the benefits the ticket tier you purchased had, even if those change for the next live experience. We are unable to give a refund for postponed events.

Payment Plans

If you have set up a payment plan and miss a payment you will have a 5 day grace period and then any discounts applied to your event price will be revoked. If 10 days pass without a payment being received your space will be forfeit. If you are in communication with us and request more time to reschedule your payment PRIOR to the payment date passing we will work something out, within reason, to support you.

There are no refunds for payment plan attendees, if a cancellation occurs or payment ceases, then your funds and attendance are forfeit.

For Eden Sanctuary Members who use one of their allotted events the same policies apply for cancellations as regular attendees. If they were to cancel prior to 30 days before the event starts you would retain the opportunity to use your credit for a future event. If you cancel after 30 days you will receive a cost based discount +15% for an event of your choosing within the next two years. If you cancel within 15 days of the event the credit is forfeit.


Discounts and Special Offers

If you have a discount as a team, crew, or other form of work/trade attendee you must be paid in full 8 weeks before the event. Cancellations from discounted crew will result in a suspension of work/trade discounts for the following event attended.

As a member of the crew your payment is needed to support the purchasing of services and reservations. We count on our crew to be a support in many ways and offer the privilege of a cost based discount in exchange for not only your labor at the event but also the financial support leading up to the event by paying ahead of the curve. Thank you!

If you have paid a deposit to hold a discounted price and do not pay by the payment deadline given to you, the discounted price is forfeit after the payment deadline and there are no refunds and no exceptions.

Unless otherwise stated, the payment due date for discounts and special offers is 60 days before the event start date.

In all cases, any special offers or discounts given due to cancellation or forfeited attendance to an event, will expire after 90 days from the date of notice of cancellation or forfeiture.


Information that is gathered from visitors

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server.

How the Information is used

The information is used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising.

E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.

E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.
