It doesn’t have to take hours. You can start with just 30 minutes and build from there. The key is making a commitment to each other and sticking to it.

Here are some guidelines you can follow during Sacred Space:

  • Ask for Sacred Space with respect and maturity, no matter how you feel at the moment.
  • Stay factual and focus on feelings, avoiding storytelling or dramatization.
  • Avoid using absolute language like “always” or “never.”
  • Absolutely no yelling, screaming, accusations, or threats.
  • Be sober and fully conscious during the process.
  • Commit to resolving the issue or scheduling the next Sacred Space within 24 hours.
  • Keep everything discussed in Sacred Space confidential.

Remember, it’s essential for you and your partner to end your Sacred Space with a connection, even if the issue isn’t fully resolved. Acknowledge each other and know that you’re both committed to working through it together. ❤️
