Let’s play the Presence Game.

There are three ways you can play:

1️⃣ Solo Play:

In any moment you want, you can choose presence. 🌼  Embrace the magic of now to engage your senses. Do this by taking a moment to simply notice. Become aware of what scents are in the air, savor the sounds you might begin to hear, and relish your surroundings by taking a longer look at your environment to notice a small detail. 🧘‍♂️

2️⃣ Play with other people without them knowing:

Start by simply becoming present with them and notice if anything feels different with them or in you by your presence. 🤝 Immerse yourself fully in this —no distractions, just your unspoken connection. See if it makes you or them a little uncomfortable. Observe if there’s any difference. Feel the gentle shift as awareness deepens. 🌠

3️⃣ Bring Presence and Connect With Your Partner: 

Extend an invitation to your partner for a shared journey into presence. Create a space where you both take a moment to silence your technology. Start by sitting side by side and  getting quiet for 1-2 minutes. Your only agenda is to be with each other, fully, for those few minutes… consciously.
